Do you cover my area?

Yes if you are anywhere in Kent, and we also cover Hastings, Rye, Dungeness and the coast down to Bexhill. Aaron is based in Dover so Thanet, Deal, Folkestone, Canterbury and Ashford are quickest, but Medway, Maidstone, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks are all regular runs. Are quotes and site visits free?

Yes. Aaron will come out, look at the property, talk through what you actually need and send a written quote, normally the same day. There is no charge and no pressure if you decide not to go ahead.

Can you install something I have already bought?

Yes. If you have bought a TV, a Ring doorbell, a Sonos system, a mesh WiFi kit or anything else and it is still in the box, we will install it properly, connect it and show you how it works.

What is a home tech care plan?

A monthly plan that covers the technology in your home. Unlimited phone and WhatsApp support, remote fixes, an annual on site health check and priority booking when something needs a visit. Plans start from £14.99 a month on the care plans page.

How long does a typical install take?

A four camera CCTV system or a whole house WiFi upgrade is usually one day. A single TV wall mount with hidden cables is two to three hours. Larger smart home or cabling jobs are quoted with a day count up front.

Are you the same company as AJC Network and Security?

Yes. AC Home Tech is the new name for AJC Network & Security, with the same engineer, the same phone number and the same qualifications. The rebrand reflects the shift towards smart home technology for homeowners alongside the network and security work we have always done.
